But in 2022, Mangupur slipped to third place, losing ground as AAP’s Santosh Kumari Kataria surged ahead. That makes the question sharper than ever: Will Congress still field Darshan Lal Mangupur again from Balachaur in 2027 or has his third- place finish marked the end of his centrality in Balachaur ?
