2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਏਕੋਟ ਤੋਂ 63,659 ਵੋਟਾਂ (56.04%) ਨਾਲ ਵੱਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਾਕਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਇਆ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਫ਼ਰਕ ਲਗਭਗ ਦੋ-ਗੁਣਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ’ਤੇ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਰਾਤੋਂ-ਰਾਤ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ। ਪਰ ਵੱਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਪਰਖ ਵੀ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। 2027 ਨੇੜੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਹਾਕਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਲੋਕ-ਰਾਏ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਦਾਨੀ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੈ ? ਕੀ ਰਾਏਕੋਟ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਲੱਗ ਨੇਤਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਤੋਲੇਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਮੰਨੇਗਾ ?
