ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਂਡ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਬਦਲ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਧੜੇਬੰਦੀ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬਦਲਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੇਰਬਦਲ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਮੰਚ 'ਤੇ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਖ਼ਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਵਾਰ ਬਦਲੇਗੀ, ਨਵੇਂ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਲਿਆਏਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਕੜ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰੇਗੀ, ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੰਨੇ ਕਿ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਕੁਰਸੀ 'ਤੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ? ਜੇ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਂਡ ਨੂੰ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ, ਟਿਕਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਿੱਚੋਤਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਏਕਤਾ ਸੰਭਾਲਣੀ ਪੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਇਕ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਰੰਮਤ ਅਧੀਨ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ?
