ਬਿਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ’ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੀਲੇ ਤੇ ਪੀਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੰਗਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ PRTC ਬੱਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਰੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੰਗਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਖਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਦੀ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੰਜ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਅਗਲੀ “ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ” ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨੀਲੀ ਕਮੀਜ਼ ਤੇ ਪੀਲੀ ਪੈਂਟ ਪਹਿਨਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੱਸਾਂ, ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਸਭ ਨੀਲੇ-ਪੀਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੰਗੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲੋਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਕਰਦਾਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਰੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੰਗ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
