ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਮੋਗਾ ਰੈਲੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜੇ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਬੂ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੀ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਬਣੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਦੋ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਾ-ਮੁਕਤ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਲ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਇਰਾਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਧਨ ਸਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਸੀ ?
