ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮਨੀਂਸ਼ ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਮੋਡ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਤੱਕ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਟੱਕਰ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਛੱਡ ਦਿਓ, ਇਹ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਕਾਫੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਸਿਸਟਮ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੜੇ ਜਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ 'ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜੇ ਹਰ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਟਾਲਰੈਂਸ ਅਤੇ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ ? ਕੀ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲੜਾਈ ਵਾਕਈ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
