Manpreet Singh Ayali first walked away from the Shiromani Akali Dal, later associated himself with the Akali Dal (Punar Surjit) camp, and has now formally joined Akali Dal 'Waris Punjab De' while calling for Panthic unity and ruling out any alliance with the BJP. ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਯਾਲੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਹੋਏ, ਫਿਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ (ਪੁਨਰ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ) ਧੜੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਰਸਮੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ 'ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ' ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਪੰਥਕ ਏਕਤਾ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇਕਰ ਪੰਥਕ ਏਕਤਾ ਹੀ ਅਯਾਲੀ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਮਕਸਦ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਕ ਲੰਮਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਚੱਕਰ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਮੁੜ ਉਸੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਛੱਡ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਪੰਥਕ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ?
