The Punjab Government has quietly notified the VB-G RAM G scheme after the Assembly had earlier passed a unanimous resolution rejecting it, prompting the Congress to question whether the sudden U-turn is linked to the political pressure surrounding Bhagwant Mann. If the Government was firmly opposed to the scheme just months ago, what has changed now ? ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਬਸੰਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਵੀਬੀ-ਜੀ ਰਾਮ ਜੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕੂਹਣੀ ਮੋੜ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਦਬਾਅ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ? ਜੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੀ ਬਦਲ ਗਿਆ ? ਕੀ ਇਹ ਵਾਕਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਜਬੂਰੀਆਂ ਹੁਣ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਹਨ ? ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸੇ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਬਦਲੇ ਰੁਖ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਜਵਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ?
