ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਮਾਰਚ 2027 ਤੱਕ ₹4.47 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਮਾਨ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਆਮਦਨ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ₹1.15 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ, ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਾਂ, ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਜ ਅਤੇ ਸਬਸਿਡੀਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਖਰਚ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ। ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਲਈ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕਰੀਬ ₹11,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਬਚਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਹੈ: ਕੀ ਉਸਦਾ ਭਲਾਈ ਮਾਡਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੱਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ? ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵੱਧਦੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ?
