ਕਾਂਗਰਸ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਇਸ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਠੋਸ ਚੋਣ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਣ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਰੋਡਮੈਪ ਹੈ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਦਾ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਧਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਗੁਆਚਿਆ ਜਨ-ਆਧਾਰ ਮੁੜ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜੁਟਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੋਡਮੈਪ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਰੂਪ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਚੋਣ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਰਨ ਦਾ ਜੋਖਮ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਨਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਖੁਦ ਕੀ ਬਦਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ?
