ਇਨਫੋਰਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਤੇਂਦਰ ਜੈਨ ਨੇ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਿਲਾਮੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜੀ.ਐਮ.ਏ.ਡੀ.ਏ. ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਅਹਿਮ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦਿਆਂ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਰਸਮੀ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਆਗੂ ਦਾ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ?
