With the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections approaching, Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal faces a tough political road. 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਸੰਸਦ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀਮਤ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਕਈ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਦੇ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਸਾਥੀ ਰਹੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਹੁਣ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਲਈ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵੀ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਕੋਲ ਹੁਣ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸੌਦੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਬਚੀ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਸੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਵਧਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ? ਕੀ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਘੱਟਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ?
