ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਕਟ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੁੜ ਇਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ 2015 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਨ ਦੇ ਚਾਰ ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੀ। ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਇਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਚੋਣ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਵੋਟਰ ਜਾਣਨਾ ਚਾਹੁਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ 2015 ਵਾਲਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਅਧੂਰਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ ?
