ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ₹5,673 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਉਪਲਬਧੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ 25 ਗੁਣਾ ਵੱਧ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਰੇਲ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਸ਼ਵਿਨੀ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਦਖਲ ਦੀ ਤਾਰੀਫ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਨੇਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਬਦਲਦੇ ਹਨ, ਕੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਕਮੀਆਂ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀਆਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ 2027 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣਿੰਦੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ?
